Failure to comply results in notices of violation and if not cured, fines and possible suspension of amenity privileges.     As the Managing Agent for Windhaven Crossing Townhome Owner’s Association, Inc., we recommend that each homeowner obtain Condo and Townhome HO6 insurance. This insurance can protect you from a loss assessment for a covered event, such as the March 2, 2023 storm. You can purchase this insurance through most insurance brokers.
