Parking Reminder
Published: October 16, 2021
It is the obligation that each Homeowner in our Community is adhering to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCC&R’s), set forth in Windhaven Crossing Townhome Owner’s Association, Inc. documents. Our community is striving to continue to be a beautiful place in which to reside harmoniously with our neighbors. We are all bound to conform to the Articles of our Covenants.
We would like to remind the homeowners that Article 2, Section 2.2 (C) states:
Without prior written Board approval, the following types of vehicles and vehicular equipment – mobile or otherwise – may not be kept, parked, or stored anywhere on the Property – including overnight parking on streets, driveways, and visitor parking spaces – if the vehicle is visible from a Street or from another Townhome: mobile homes, motor homes, buses, trailers, boats, inoperable vehicles, commercial truck cabs, tow trucks, trucks with tonnage over one ton, vehicles which are not customary personal passenger vehicles, and any vehicle which the Board deems to be a nuisance, unsightly, or inappropriate. This restriction does not apply to vehicles and equipment temporarily on the Property in connection with the construction or maintenance of a Townhome, delivery vehicles or service vehicles. Vehicles that transport inflammatory or explosive cargo are prohibited from the Property at all times. The Declarant or the Board of Directors shall have the sole right to determine what constitutes a violation of this section and may, from time to time, amend this section by way of rules and regulations as needed to better serve the needs and growth of the community.
Any violation of the CC&R’s/Rules & Regulations are subject to possible fines/fees from the HOA and the city. We thank you for your effort and in abiding to our Rules and Regulations. We also encourage you to:
