Mainline Leak Repairs

We would like to advise the homeowners that The City of Lewisville is onsite performing repairs to the entry mainline leak that was causing water to flow onto the street within the property.Management dispatched the city immediately once it was confirmed the leak was located in city-maintained pipes/system however, the city did NOT notify Management as to when they would be onsite or of the extensive type of repair required.

Management was notified of the City’s repair work underway the morning of March 7th, 2022, by the HOA landscaper. The city anticipates repair work to be underway for the next 2-3 days.Please be assured that Management will always inform the Owners via email blast when repairs like this occur and Management is properly notified.

Additionally, please be advised that Management has drainage work currently underway around pool area vicinity. These repairs are also anticipated to take 2-3 days to complete & is required prior to the upcoming pool opening season.
