To ensure the safety and convenience of all Homeowners, please read carefully and adhere to the following guidelines:

1. *Parking Restrictions – Please do not park in the garage, driveway, or front of your building while your building is being roofed. This will ensure that the construction crew has clear access and can work efficiently. Please park on the street or other available parking away from the building. Vehicles obstructing construction zones do so at their own risk and may cause delays in the work schedule which not only affects individual owners but also neighbors in the building.

2. Access – The contractors will require attic access to turn off/on hot water heaters & check vent stacks. To avoid inconvenience, please leave your attic access door unlocked while repairs are underway on your building. The contractors will require access to the attic only pre & post repairs. If the attic access door is locked, the contractors will require the owner or someone over the age of 18 to allow access which may cause delays.

3. Remove items from walls – Please remove any items hanging on walls to prevent incidents during construction.

4. Secure Pets – Please make sure that pets are kept indoors and secured to avoid potential incidents during the construction activities.

5. Personal Items – Secure any personal items both inside and outside of your units to avoid damage or loss.

6. Satellite dishes – The homeowner will be responsible for contacting their service provider to reconnect and calibrate the dish when the roof is complete.

7. Renters- The homeowner is responsible for notifying renters/tenants of these re-roof instructions.
