Roof Repairs Thursday, Saturday and Sunday

We would like to provide you with important updates regarding the ongoing roof work and inspections in the community.

Attic Access Request
Residents at the following addresses, please ensure your attic doors are open to allow for necessary pipe inspections:

• 2440-2446 Magalia
• 2420-2438 Magalia
• 2400-2418 Magalia

The contractor has made multiple attempts to reach you, but we have not yet received a response. Your prompt cooperation is greatly appreciated to facilitate the completion of these inspections.

Roof Work Schedule Update
Due to forecasted 50 mph winds on Friday, work will not be conducted that day. Instead, the updated schedule is as follows:

• Thursday: Begin work on the final building.
• Saturday & Sunday: Continue and complete roof work.

We are working diligently to ensure that all roofs are completed according to the appraisal and appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout this process.
