Loss Assessment Letter

As part of the recent deficiency assessment related to community-wide storm repairs, the Association has prepared a formal letter for your records. This letter confirms the assessment and explains the purpose and scope of the charges.
This document may be provided to your homeowners insurance carrier if you are filing a claim under the Loss Assessment coverage of your policy.
Please note:
• This letter outlines the total assessment amount, reasoning behind the charges, and details about the storms and repairs that occurred from March 1, 2023, through March 4, 2025.
• The assessment is not tied to any specific unit or claim but was issued to address community-wide storm-related repair costs that were not covered by the HOA’s insurance.
