Seeking Volunteers for TOA Committees – Join an TOA Committee!

We hope this message finds you well. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our community, the Windhaven Crossing Board of Directors is seeking volunteers to join the TOA Committees.
The primary purpose of committees is to enhance communication between homeowners and the board, foster community engagement, and ensure that key concerns are addressed effectively by leveraging the expertise and insights of its members. The committee helps streamline board decision-making, improve transparency, and support the overall well-being of the community. Unlike the board, the committee does not have decision-making authority but plays a crucial role in gathering homeowner perspectives, evaluating proposals, and assisting in long-term planning.
Who Should Join?
We welcome homeowners who are:
✅ Interested in improving the community
✅ Willing to collaborate, share ideas and support our community’s goals
✅ Able to dedicate a small amount of time to meetings and discussions
What are the committee options?
✅ Social Committee: Organize gatherings, seasonal events, and foster neighbor connections
✅ Advisory Committee: offering research-based recommendations, strategic counsel, and community perspectives
✅ Neighborhood/Crime Watch Committee: Coordinate safety patrols, liaise with police, raise awareness
