Temporary Security Patrol and Pool Monitoring

The Board of Directors would like to inform you that, after careful consideration, it has approved a temporary trial period for security services within the community.

Beginning August 1, 2025, a security guard will be stationed at the pool area and will also patrol the community at designated times. This decision was made in response to ongoing concerns regarding pool rule enforcement, the presence of unsupervised children or unauthorized individuals at the pool, and general community safety.

This service will be in place for an initial two-month trial period, during which the Board will evaluate its effectiveness and determine whether continued services are necessary.

We kindly ask that all residents and their guests treat the security personnel with respect and cooperation. The guard is present not only to help ensure compliance with pool rules, but also to support the overall safety and well-being of the community.
