Deficiency Assessment for Repair Funding

The Board of Directors, in an open meeting held on June 12, 2025, approved a deficiency assessment to fund critical repairs throughout the community. The Board of Directors, in an open meeting held on June 12, 2025, approved a deficiency assessment to fund critical repairs throughout the community. These repairs include roofing, gutters, and leak-related work resulting from storm-related damage sustained across the community.
Following a thorough review of all repair costs, the Board of Directors voted to approve a deficiency assessment of $2,653.00 per homeowner. The purpose is to fund the necessary repairs not covered by insurance. The effective date is August 1, 2025, and is due no later than September 30, 2025. Installment plans are available, provided the full amount is paid by the September 30, 2025, deadline.
The Deficiency Assessment is $2,653.00. Note: Regular Monthly Assessments remain due by the 10th of each month.
Section 6.3 (iv)Deficiency Assessments.
The Board may levy a deficiency assessment against all lots for the purpose of defraying, in whole or in part, the cost of repair or restoration if insurance proceeds or condemnation awards prove insufficient.
Payments not received in full by September 30, 2025, deadline may be subject to late fees, collection efforts including referral to legal counsel, and/or reporting to a credit agency as permitted by law.
